Mr. Jeff Allen serves as the Director of the Defense Activity for Non-Traditional Education Support (DANTES). Rear Admiral Burkhardt holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Jacksonville University, Jacksonville, Florida; a Master of Science in Administration from Central Michigan University and is certified as a senior professional in Human Resources. As the Chief Actuary, Mr. Zouras plans, directs, and oversees OACT’s work, including actuarial valuations and cost analyses related to DoD’s Military Retirement System, post-retirement health care benefits, Voluntary Separation Incentive program, Survivor Benefit Plan, and education benefits programs. Katrina L. Logan, a member of the Senior Executive Service, is the Director of the Defense Human Resources Activity (DHRA) Enterprise Operations Center (DEOC), within the Office of the Under Secretary for Personnel and Readiness (OUSD (P&R)).
OPA provides effective, evidence-based solutions for total force management in support of the warfighter and leads the Department in providing innovative, cost-effective data solutions. A member of the Senior Executive Service, he is responsible for Department of Defense commercial travel management, travel policy and implementation, travel charge card program management, customer support and training, functional oversight of the Defense Travel System, and station and housing allowances program management. William H. Mr. Bill Mansell assumed the duties of Director, Defense Travel Management Office on October 31, 2016.
