Alternatively, you can use the /seed command ingame. This was later disarmed by Keralis and MumboJumbo. You can technically make a witch farm using a witch hut, but it's hardly worth it as they work slowly and require tons of effort to get working. All rights reserved.

Witch huts are one of the best places to farm witches, but they require spawning platforms and light levels of 7 or lower. MumboJumbo touring Keralis around the Industrial District in his Season 6: Episode 142. And with far less lag. I even like to invite my friends along too sometimes.
There are currently no creeper only farms on Bedrock, but they will be coming in 1.11.
