We are hiring for a reputed NBFC bank located in Chennai and rural branches of Tamil Nadu state.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Answer queries/inquiries about the Loans of walk-in Microfinance customers, or via phone, email, etc.
- Direct/Train customers to use alternate channels like online transactions, Mobile App, ATMs
- Cross-sell bank products to customers like Savings Account, Current Account, Fixed Deposits, Recurring Deposits, Other Loan products of the Bank
- Cross-sell 3rd party products to customers like Life Insurance, Health Insurance, General Insurance, Mutual Funds through a lump sum or SIP mode
- Update customer records in the system, including notes about interactions
- Pitch ideas for improving customer care
- Create and maintain reports about customer interactions
- Attend staff meetings
- Participate in team-building activities
- Develop a rapport with customers
- Encourage customers to complete surveys
- Make recommendations to management to improve customer experience
Requirement & Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree is mandatory
- Female candidates will be preferred due to the specific client segment
- Well versed in using MS Office
- Basic knowledge of office equipment
- Previous experience in an office preferably in the BFSI sector is preferred
