Job Description:We is looking for a Research Analyst (Content) who will help the organisation and its project teams in various capacities but especially in:
- Studying, processing and analyzing data and information; writing research reports on various subjects;
- Editing, revising and reviewing work, especially in response to feedback;
- Writing for manuals, reports, newsletters, websites, case stories and case studies;
- Providing necessary support to project officers in creative thinking, writing, compiling and submission of work;
- Any other task assigned by senior management
Minimum criteria:
- Should be a graduate/post-graduate from a recognised university or institution in any field related to development studies
- Strong background in research and writing
- Experience in simplifying and summarising messages
- Experience in development/social sector/government will be an added advantage
- Should have an experience of minimum 2 years
- Preparedness to travel extensively in all weather conditions, if required
Skills and competencies:

Requirement:
- Create, develop and manage content for organizations web presence Copyedit and proofread all web content
- Assure web-based information is archived for future needs and reference Work cooperatively with key team members
- Good Understanding of Web Content Policies & Guidelines
- Capable of Writing Unique/ Quality Content with no plagiarism Capable of writing Target-oriented, Audience-based, Sales-oriented & SEO-friendly content
- Keep current with emerging web technologies through relevant blogs and events
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills
- Working knowledge of SEO needed

Requirement
- Tracking business development opportunities coming up in the social sector and corporates
- Support in the project management and execution;
- Developing network and relationships with other consultancy firms, institutions, NGOs, corporates and individuals working in the sectors;
- Contacting consultants and formatting CVs of Experts and Project Sheets in desired formats
- Support the Bid manager in developing background materials
- Support the Bid manager in developing draft composition of EoIs and proposal formats
- Building institutional relations and brand of the company in the sector
Minimum Criteria:
- Graduate in Planning/ Management/ Engineering/International Development, or related fields.
- Management Degree in related areas preferred
- 1-2 years’ experience in Business Development functions in a consulting firm
- Experience of working in a multi-sectoralenvironment would be preferred
Skills and competencies:
- Good IT Skill and self-reliant in developing and formatting documents.
